How do I earn points?

Points accumulate with every dollar you spend. During customer appreciation earning events, you can receive double points on purchases. You can also earn bonus points as outlined in the 'Ways To Earn' section on this page. Note that points are earned exclusive of shipping, taxes and any discounts

How do I earn reward dollars?

You'll earn reward dollars for every 1,000 points collected in increments of $50, $75 and $100 based on your membership tier

What happens to points after I earn rewards dollars?

Once you earn 1,000 points, you immediately begin earning toward your next reward. Every 1,000 points equals a reward.

Do points expire?

Points never expire. The amount of points you earn over your customer lifetime contribute to your status.

Do reward dollars expire?

Yes, you have six months to redeem your reward dollars.

Will I be notified when rewards dollars expire?

We will send you a preliminary email two weeks before reward dollards expire. We will send a final notifcation of impending expiration 48 hours before reward dollars expiration.

How do I redeem my reward dollars?

Once you receive 1,000 points, a reward dollars code will automatically be loaded into your account and emailed to you. Just copy the code and use it during checkout.

How long does it take for reward dollars to appear in my account?

Points earned and reward dollars will appear in your account automatically upon purchase.

Is there a limit to the number of reward dollars I can earn?

No, there's no limit! The more you earn, the more rewards dollars you will accumulate.

Can I combine my reward dollars with another discount?

Yes! You can apply your reward dollars with one other discount code.

Can I earn and redeem reward dollars when shopping Element Eight through a partner?

What happens if I return a product or my order is cancelled?

You will be refunded and the points and reward dollars earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
